The Studio
Embodiment Pilates is equipped with Gratz Pilates apparatus. Used in studios worldwide, Gratz equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with Joseph Pilates’ original dimensions, proportions, and specifications and is considered the industry standard for authentic Pilates equipment.
The System
Joseph Pilates’ mat exercises, while extraordinarily beneficial, are only one part of his system. He believed that in order for his clients to get the most out of their workouts, they must make use of the entire system of Pilates exercises, including all pieces of apparatus. Embodiment Pilates uses Gratz equipment to help tailor each clients’ workouts to their own individual goals and needs.
The studio is centrally located in Denver. The newly renovated space offers a private, calm environment for clients to fully concentrate on their workouts without distraction.
